The service

RideReveal is operated by Broodlaw Ventures LLC, Wyoming, United States. 30 N Gould St, Sheridan WY 82801-6505, United States. Contact: outreach@ridereveal.com.

Private sellers and dealerships may order. You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the vehicle information and content. You remain responsible for selling the vehicle and handling buyer inquiries. RideReveal does not inspect vehicles, verify title or ownership history, broker sales, or guarantee inquiries or a sale.

Price and package

The standard price is $9.99 USD per vehicle, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or separate tax added by this checkout. An optional hosting renewal costs $9.99 for another 90 days and requires a separate one-time purchase. Renewing before expiry adds to the existing end date; after expiry, an available presentation receives 90 days from reactivation. Renewal does not include a new video production.

Your package includes vertical and widescreen videos, a hosted watch page, photo gallery and details, website embed, QR code, printable Letter and A4 window signs, sharing assets, and 90 days of hosting from first publication. Up to 10 vehicles may share a checkout.

Your account shows the current production status. The first preview target is 24 hours after usable inputs and factual approval. You review the facts and the finished presentation. Opening a page or email never approves publication.

Your content and approval

Provide actual vehicle photographs and accurate details. You confirm you own the content or have the rights needed to let us process it and host your presentation. Permission to display work in our portfolio is optional and separate. Public availability of a photograph is not proof of permission.

We use your photographs for vehicle fidelity. We do not remove damage, add equipment, or invent vehicle history, financing, warranties, or condition. Seller statements remain distinct from corroborated facts. Review the presentation carefully and request corrections before approving the exact version for publication.

Hosting and changes

Hosting runs for 90 days from first publication. When it ends, watch pages and downloads become unavailable. Renewal, if offered, requires a separate explicit purchase; we do not charge automatically. You may continue using files you downloaded for the same vehicle, subject to the underlying content rights.

During hosting you can request a page asking-price change, sold status, or a contact correction. Price stays out of the video. A new vehicle, new photography, or a new creative direction may require a new order. See the corrections and refunds policy.

We may restrict or withdraw unlawful, misleading, unauthorized, or abusive material, and may hold an order while payment, rights, or factual issues are resolved. This service does not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
