Who handles your information
Broodlaw Ventures LLC operates RideReveal. 30 N Gould St, Sheridan WY 82801-6505, United States. For access, correction, export, deletion, or privacy questions, contact outreach@ridereveal.com or use account Messages.
Information and purpose
We process your login identity and email, seller profile, uploaded photos, vehicle details, feature statements, permissions, approvals, messages, and order/payment references to provide the service, maintain your account, prevent abuse, and keep transaction records. Stripe collects card details on its own checkout; we do not receive full card numbers.
Google, ChatGPT, or email sign-in is used only when you choose that method. Social providers can supply a stable account identifier, email, name, and profile picture. Linked logins require proof through the relevant account. We do not automatically merge accounts merely because two providers return the same email. Apple and Facebook login are not currently offered.
Service providers and local production
OpenAI Sites hosts the customer website, structured records, and private files using its Cloudflare-backed D1 and R2 infrastructure. OpenAI also supplies ChatGPT sign-in and Codex presentation planning. The owner’s computer retrieves authorized production inputs through an outbound authenticated worker and performs local media processing and HyperFrames rendering. It does not host the customer website.
Stripe handles checkout and payment verification. Resend handles transactional email. Google Workspace handles business support mail. Existing public demonstration media is delivered through Cloudflare R2. We do not sell personal information or run advertising trackers. Essential session and security cookies are used for login.
Public content and retention
Your draft, original uploads, messages, and account records are private. After your exact-version approval, approved videos, selected photos, vehicle details, and your chosen seller contact details become public. Anyone can copy public material; withdrawing a page cannot retrieve copies already downloaded by others.
Hosted pages and downloads expire after the included 90 days unless explicitly renewed. Unpaid drafts expire after seven inactive days. After hosting ends, files remain private for 30 days for recovery or renewal, then are removed unless an unresolved order, dispute, or required-record hold applies. Encrypted backups roll off after 30 days. We retain necessary order, payment, permission, approval, security, and suppression records for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations under manual review. Open orders and disputes are not automatically deleted.
You can request deletion or an export. We first verify the request. Some transaction, consent, security, suppression, or dispute records may need to remain. We explain any retained categories when responding. Necessary deletion and suppression instructions must also be respected after a backup restore.
